While the motel served my purpose well as a clean room for a single night, it could use some updates like better soundproofing from outside noise.

The location of the hotel was central, next to nearby restaurants, Also a restaurant next door that serves breakfast and state street in santa barbara. There was Chick-fil-A nearby to grab something to eat. The breakfast was reasonably priced at the front desk, really enjoyed it...

Their staff were just terrible.

A cozy stay by the fire

Each morning began with the warmth of the fireplace and a friendly smile from the staff. The comfy bed provided a perfect environment for restful nights despite some hiccups.

The bathroom faucet was leaky, and the light fixtures seemed a bit outdated. We were hoping for a quicker fix than what we received.

The location was perfect for our family. Within walking distance to great restaurants and areas for the kids to explore. The room was nice and clean.

My kids wished there were more options for breakfast. A few extra choices would be great for families.

Good location on the main street, easy to access.

Very noisy air conditioner/Heater. We could not turn it off during night as it was pretty cold but it worked like a big truck, was turning on every 10 minutes waking up the whole family. Quite dirty bathroom facilities with hairs on the floor and shelves.
